well.. it's that day of the week again when dinner becomes my delish play time. one of the best things
I love about cooking is the chance to alter recipes into something more personal--something that would definitely
fit my preference for taste. I really can't wait to have the kitchen of my dreams!!
I recommend this dish to people who live alone. Get rid of the instants, and try this healthy, easy, and yummy recipe.
It tastes like fried chicken with a twist. ^ ^
Ingredients: ( you're big enough to decide how much you wish to serve. Estimate!)
eggs
flour
eggplant
ground beef or (corned beef)
onions
garlic
cooking oil
tomatoes
super easy brief instructions:
1. grill the eggplants >> it gets soft and squishy-ish when it's done
2. peel the eggplants. remove the stems and flatten them. and then set them aside
3. heat pan. pour cooking oil. add onion and then garlic.wait until the garlic gets brownish, and then add the ground
meat. season(salt, pepper) set aside after it's cooked enough.
4. place the flatten eggplants into a big plate
5. beat eggs and pour them into the flatten eggplants
6. add flour
7. add salt, sugar, and seasoning a little
8. mix, and then fry
9. serve with rice
10. pair it with freshly cut tomatoes
